Empathy Connect is a digital platform that connects users who wish to offer or receive human, social, or relational support.

The platform does not directly provide support services.

Empathy Connect acts solely as a technical intermediary.

It is neither an employer, nor a placement agency, nor a service provider, and does not participate in the contractual relationship between users.

Users act completely independently.

No employment, agency, or subordinate relationship exists between the platform and the users.

Interactions take place in person, within a local setting.

The terms of each meeting or assignment — including whether it is voluntary or paid — are freely and directly defined between the users.

No transactions are conducted through the platform.

When a task is paid for, payment is made directly between users (for example, in cash on site).

Empathy Connect:

• does not participate in financial transactions between users
• does not receive any commission
• cannot be held responsible for tax or contractual obligations between users

Empathy Connect does not guarantee:

• the quality of interactions
• the safety of meetings
• or the accuracy of information provided by users

Users acknowledge using the platform at their own risk.

They agree to:

• act with caution
• prefer public places for initial meetings
• respect basic safety rules

Some information may be subject to verification, without any guarantee of completeness.

Users agree to:

• respect others
• refrain from abusive or illegal behavior
• provide accurate information

Empathy Connect reserves the right to suspend or delete an account:

• without prior notice
• in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions

The entire platform, including its content, design, and technology, is protected and is the exclusive property of Empathy Connect.

Empathy Connect cannot be held liable for:

• service interruptions
• data loss
• technical malfunctions

Empathy Connect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes.
